Welcome to Sally Victoria Art. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of paintings from us. By placing an order, you agree to comply with these terms.
2. Product Information
• Each painting is unique and may have slight variations in color and texture.
• Sizes are approximate, and colors may vary due to screen settings.
• We aim to provide accurate descriptions and images, but minor differences may occur.
3. Ordering & Payment
• Orders are processed upon receipt of full payment.
• We accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal
• Prices include VAT (if applicable) with free shipping.
4. Shipping & Delivery
• We deliver to the UK & Worldwide
• Estimated delivery time is UK 5 days and worldwide depends on location, subject to availability. Delivery time is subjected to finished artwork.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs.
• Customers outside the UK are responsible for any customs fees or import duties.
5. Returns & Refunds (Compliant with the Consumer Rights Act 2015)
• Faulty or Damaged Items: If an artwork arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days with photos, and we will offer a replacement or repair..
• Change of Mind: If you are a UK/EU consumer, you have 14 days from receipt to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
• The artwork must be unused, in original packaging, and returned at your expense.
• A full refund (minus shipping) will be processed within 14 days of receiving the return.
• Custom or Commissioned Pieces: Non-refundable unless damaged or faulty.
6. Intellectual Property
• All artwork and images on our website are copyrighted by the original artists and cannot be copied, reproduced, or resold without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
• We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses due to delays, damages, or issues beyond our control.
• Liability is limited to the purchase price of the artwork.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
• Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will not be shared without consent.
9. Governing Law
• These terms are governed by UK law, and disputes will be resolved in UK courts.
